1. Rigcruit is a recruiting service. We connect drivers with independent motor carriers; we are not a carrier or an employer of drivers, and we do not guarantee placement.
2. Our service is free for drivers. Carriers compensate Rigcruit for successful placements.
3. You agree that information you submit is accurate. Misrepresentation of qualifications may end our ability to assist you.
4. Job offers, pay, and terms come from carriers, not Rigcruit. Final hiring decisions belong to carriers.
5. Driving records and background checks are pulled only with your separate written consent as required by FCRA and DPPA.
6. Services are provided as is; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Rigcruit disclaims liability for carrier acts, employment outcomes, or indirect damages.
